Great North Run, Sunday 10 September 2023: Runner Pledge
Thank you very much for agreeing to run and raise money for Women and Children First!
Your support will help us reach more women and children with our lifesaving work, enabling and empowering them to survive and thrive in some of the world’s most rural communities in Africa and Asia.
Women and Children First agrees to:
• Buy you one place at the above stated event
• Provide you with fundraising support (and moral support if needed!)
• Offer you with a Women and Children First branded t-shirt or running vest
• Contact you with updates about the charity’s work worldwide
In return for your place, you agree to:
• Set up a fundraising page for the event
Try my best to raise at least £300 for the Charity (not including Gift Aid) on my fundraising page by Tuesday 10th October 2023 through sponsorship and/or from my own resources if there is a shortfall - the Sage Foundation will double the funds you raise.
To inform the charity by Friday 30th June 2023 if there is a risk that I may not be able to take part, or do not think I can hit my sponsorship target, so we can discuss whether my place should be released to another rider
